30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

All items can be refunded within 30 days of receiving the order. We will refund or replace any damaged product no questions asked. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date the item was delivered.

To be eligible for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  1. Return requests must be made to our customer service team within thirty (30) days of the item's delivery date. To submit an application, please follow the steps below or contact service@findtimewatch.com.
  2. Returned Product(s) must be in the same physical condition as at the time of purchase (not physically broken or damaged).
  3. All accessory items, giveaways and original packaging included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  4. We will just ask to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects. After 30 days we will NOT refund any items.

Additional terms and conditions:

*On the day of the delivery of the product is the first day of signing, the refund guarantee within 30 days is calculated by this day.

*In addition to your own signing, your family members or your designated third -party signing, or you instruct the express delivery of the product at the designated place, will also be regarded as your own signing, and the product has been delivered.

* None of our products are medical devices, should not be used as medical devices, readings that are not 100% accurate are not defective, and are not eligible for refunds **

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy and click here: Return Requests and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

  1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions.  You must send an email to us to provide a valid tracking number of your return in order for us to proceed with the refund. We are not responsible for returns that are not received. After the product is returned and checked by us, you will receive a refund within 2 working days.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Express shipping fees are also non-refundable.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item without any other charges. You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Findtime.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


To return your product, please do not send your purchase back to the original address. The address will be provided by mail after confirm the return request.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will do this whether or not we are able to give you a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days or refund by Paypal.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Replacement (if applicable)

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to service@findtimewatch.com. If the case is deemed valid, Findtime will cover the shipping cost.
Once the replacement application is approved, we will send you a replacement unit for free. However, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer if it has exceeded 30 days from the purchase date.
After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reasons.
